DESCRIPTION: Product obtained from rolling raw puff pastry dough, forming then a crescent-shaped biscuit "Giant", then fermented, frozen and packaged. Once it’s been cooked it is ideal for filling.
PREPARATION TIP: For its best performance;
1) Stow it in tray
2) Defrost few minutes
3) Cook until it is golden.
For a better presentation, paint it with jelly after removing it from the oven.
